Back at Kimbolton

First time back at Kimbolton in over a year, so I went in with no expectations, just focused on getting my head down and relearning the track.

Qualifying: Went well! managed P12, which I was pretty happy with considering the time away

Heat 1: Finished 16th after a crash right in front of me going into turn 1, had to take evasive action to avoid getting caught up

Heat 2: Another P16 after the heavens opened in the final laps, making things very interesting on slicks!

Final: Let’s just say the start was a shocker and leave it at that.

Overall, I showed some decent pace after such a long break and had a great weekend, even if the final result didn’t reflect it.
